My name is Kate Vogelaar and I graduated beauty school in 2016 in Charleston, WV. My goal is to enhance the natural beauty of my clients, but most importantly make them feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but I kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting my time and commitment to providing quality services. Thank you for your understanding.
